Watson Engineering, Inc. has two 5 stage powder coat paint systems. Including environmental room, vacuum cleaning system, burn-off oven, x-458 4″ I-beam conveyor system. Also, in the system are PLC base central electrical control panel, powder application room system, air make-up system, Elco Meter, ph meter. As well as, Elco cross cut test and ITW Gema automatic paint guns.

Powder Coated quantities from one piece prototype to high volume production. Watson offers two entire powder coating systems. The first is your Michigan powdercoating source. Watson-North provides powder coating in Detroit, Flint, Saginaw, Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor, and throughout the southeast region of the United States. Watson also has a powder paint system in Upstate South Carolina, serving Piedmont, Greenville, Anderson and throughout the Carolinas.
